In the Summer of 2024 G worked an Internship with a team of researchers led by Dr. Renzhi Cao to explore the latest AlphaFold model. As well as other RNA and DNA structure prediction models and the tools Biologists have in this field. Bioinformatics is vast and expansive as rapid advancement has been occurring. In not only our understanding of genes and pharmaceuticals but in how they mix on an individualized level. Together they worked on their own prediction model called “ProtiNext” designed to read and predict gene sequencing and have multiple papers pending review.
